People who are waiting and want to maintain the social safety distance of two meters, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic can easily see if they keep these distances with the help of Google and Sodar.
Google has a new augmented reality (AR) tool that can help you follow toyw social distancing rules when you have to go out of your house. This is an experimental one project called Sodar and creates a two meter radius ring around you through your phone screen. The purpose of the tool is to give you a way to visualize how far the two meters should be and to adapt to the new environment as the quarantine is already over.
Sodar is not a standalone application and does not need to be installed to work. To use it, you just have to visit his website. However, it will only work using Chrome on devices Android and some Android devices may not be compatible.
