The last ambition for his career has nothing to do with validating theories about how the world works. The famous theoretical physicist wants to play in movies, namely:

"An ideal role for me would be a villain in a James Bond film," Hawking told Wired, as reported by the Telegraph. “I think the wheelchair and his voice would fit the role.”
