Remember the movie back to the future? Google's Street View vehicles can now take us back to the past.

Click anywhere in the image to find information about the place.
Select "see more dates" and scroll through location pictures taken since 2007. City streets may have more than a dozen dates, while remote locations have more limited options.
The new function was released to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Street View.
To celebrate, an upgraded mapping camera and the new Street View were announced Studio, which provides tools to quickly mass-publish 360-degree image sequences.
The new adaptable camera weighs less than 15 kg and can be attached to any vehicle with a roof rack.
