the SEA team has been able to modify the DNS registrations of domains ebay.co.uk and paypal.co.uk and distort their websites.
"Paypal is hacked by SEA because they don't allow Syrian citizens to buy productonline," the group said in a tweet.
The team said it was purely a cheating act and not to hit user accounts or data.
Immediately after, the team hit Paul Whitted's email account, Site Engineering Center Manager on eBay, and published screenshots of internal communications.
