The vehicle's autopilot uses 13 ultrasonic sensors to "perceive" her movement around the car, to manage speed, and to avoid obstacles while driving.
Of course, the CEO of the company Elon Musk has warned their customers that the system should not be used completely autonomously yet. Drivers should have their hands on the wheel, even with the mode of autopilot, and of course falling asleep at the wheel is not a good idea at all.
