The Twitter stated that it will start detecting what other applications you have installed on your mobile devices to better "serve" their targeted ads and content.
“We will occasionally collect the update list of apps installed on the mobile device you so we can deliver tailored content we think you might be interested in," they said via Twitter in a publication, on Wednesday.
