Without having to log in, the app will start showing you top tweets, photos and video where is trending.
This functionality is one of the recent changes to Twitter that wants to entice new users.
The application now is a very light version with full features: you can publish multiple photos per tweet, view animated GIF images and watch Vine videos.
It also supports direct communication or personal messages.
The application is developed with Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform, which means it should also work on Windows 10 Mobile, which will be released later in 2015.
