και engineeringof learning.
“From the Ministry of Defense we are looking for ways in how we can use AI and machineinearning, to increase our defenses," White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said in an online chat about automation.
The chat was attended by businessman and writer Robin Chase, as well as writer and futurist Martin Ford.
At the same time, McDonough said the government wants to ensure that there is adequate human interaction in any kind of artificial intelligence arsenal.
"The United States aims to be the world leader in establishing a code of conduct and in a number of perspectives," he continued.
Returning to an earlier segment of the online debate about the economic effects of automation, Chase argued that “income inequality will pose a greater threat to security than this technology. It's already a huge issue, and if automation makes things worse, it will become even more acute. "
Both Chase and Ford during the debate approved the idea of a global income to offset job losses due to automation and higher productivity.
Earlier in the conversation, Ford referred to McDonough's statements that the machine learning and AI can be used to detect and defend online systems against cyber attacks.
"In areas like security, I think it will be necessary," Ford said of artificial intelligence.

It should be noted that the debate shows the US aspirations, but that does not mean that there are no more smart weapons. But the smart weapons are different and the weapons they can learn are different from, say, the opponent's behaviors.
