Ο email client του κατασκευαστή προγραμμάτων περιήγησης Vivaldi κυκλοφόρησε επιτέλους την έκδοση 1.0, επτά χρόνια μετά την ανακοίνωση της companys.
Vivaldi Mail, which features a calendar, feed reader and email client, has arrived in tech for the first time preview in 2020. A first beta was released last year alongside version 4 of the Chromium-based browser. After another year of fixes, the company announced that the email client is ready.
As before, the application is integrated into the browser, which means that it is unlikely to reach many beyond the users of the Vivaldi browser.
Activating it is simple and can be done from Settings. Just look for the option activationmail, calendar and feed reader.
Vivaldi has many settings - pleasantly customizable for some and completely confusing for others.
But if you are still looking for a good email program that does not display ads, then try the new app, you may like it.
It supports multiple accounts, sorts messages and creates folders automatically (locally, instead of some server in the cloud) and allows search (with offline indexing).
IMAP and POP3 are supported, making it adding accounts relatively simple. The company also claims that users can sign in to their Google accounts from Mail and Calendar.
