This is happening in the city of Chongqing, where the first “exclusive sidewalks for them” appeared users mobile phones" in the country, according to the People's Daily newspaper.
A very advanced solution for pedestrians stuck in their smartphone, this crazy idea could really be helpful. Of course all natural obstacles from these pedestrian zones have been removed for obvious reasons.
