This morning we received an email informing us that Whatsup (honored) has repaired directly the XSS on its page. We should mention that the news of the company's immediate response surprised us and we were glad that there are administrators and organizations that take this so seriously. better safety of their customers.
Below is the email from our reader who informed us about the fix vulnerability:
Good morning, I want to inform you that the vacancy security on their Whatsup page, closed. This is also the reason why we prefer the publication of these, because only then do the administrators take it seriously, and in previous cases we had such a quick response.. all this did not seem like an attack, but like an update.. which is also our purpose .. Thank you very much for your immediate response, because thanks to you they saw it and took action.
Let us in turn thank our reader for revealing the XSS, but also the company that responded so immediately by showing except from impeccable professionalism, that public safety is her top priority.
