The new tool has a completely renewed UI, which uses now the classic 'Ribbon UI' as a way to display them menu and buttons, offering a simpler user experience similar to using other Ribbon-based applications such as Office, Explorer, Outlook , and other.
You can test and see if you have selected to install the new WinDbg Tool Preview from this Window Store page. You can also download and install the current one its stable version from here.
Before installing the Preview, just remember that you have to do with a tool that is still being developed. If you are not prepared to worry about WinDbg errors, it is better to wait until the stable version comes out.
