Windows 10 19H2 new tests: Microsoft has begun testing an adjustable system update plans that it intends to use for the upcoming feature update of Windows 10 19H2. This version has a build number of 18363.327 and Microsoft explains that uses the same approach as in Slow Ring, which means that the new features will only be enabled for selected users.
This method is part of the company's testing system, as it gradually promotes new features to Insiders to determine their reliability.

According to Microsoft's standard release schedule, Windows 10 19H2 is scheduled to be finalized next month and will then be rolled out from October through Windows Update.
