After a few weeks delay the update Windows 10 Spring Creators Update which eventually happened Windows 10 April 2018 Update, will be released today. This does not mean that you will receive the update today, as we have reported that the release of the major updates of Windows 10 is taking place gradually.
This is because Microsoft collects data from the first installations and “on the fly” addresses compatibility issues and errors which are presented.
Of course for the hastily there is always the installation solution with Media Creation Tool which will be released as soon as Microsoft makes the new version available. But before you go through the process upgradeof your system it would be a good idea to make sure your computer meets Microsoft's minimum requirements.
The Windows 10 April 2018 Update update does not bring changes to the minimum hardware requirements. This means that if your device is already running Fall Creators Update, you can upgrade to the new version.
For all others, below are the expected minimum hardware requirements that your system must meet:

The above is minimum requirements. However, it is recommended at least 4GB RAM to run Windows 10 smoothly and of course the younger the processor, the better.
Also, Atom Clover Trail processors are no longer supported and a manual upgrade could cause irreparable problems.
Make sure you have plenty of storage space. The Windows 10 April 2018 Update update will require at least 16GB on your disk, but it is recommended that you have at least twice as much space. If the download starts and there is not enough space to store the files and decompress them, the process is put on hold until you clean up your disk. So before you start it would be good to clean your disk, especially if you have a space problem.
Disable the security software. In the past, third-party security solutions proved to be particularly disturbing to Windows 10 users and sometimes prevented the download, installation, or boot process.
It is therefore advisable to temporarily disable the security software until the installation is complete.
Check for compatibility problems with old programs. Sometimes, even a very small one application may prevent upgrade due to compatibility issues. This is also one of the reasons why Microsoft gradually releases each new major Windows 10 update.
If an application you are using is not updated for a long time, it is best to remove it and reinstall it after upgrading your system.
Clean facilities are the best. If you have the ability to install Windows from scratch without upgrading an existing system, please choose it. If there are also many compatibility problems, a clean installation will proceed normally, without any particular problems.
