When you upgrade to a new build, Windows creates a folder named Windows.old that contains all the archives your system files from the “old” Windows installation. This allows you to "roll back" to the previous version of Windows 10 if something goes wrong with the installation of the new version.
However, this folder contains more than 10 GB. Windows will automatically delete it after 10 days, as mentioned above, but you can delete them immediately if you do not want to wait.
You should know that you can only delete these files if your computer appears to be working properly. If you have a problem with the new version of Windows 10, you will not be able to "go back" to the previous version.
How to delete the Windows.old folder:

Settings - System - Storage - Free Space
