There are many ways to edit the Hosts file and add any webσελίδα in the block list.
You will need Notepad or Notepad or the free Notepad ++ application. Notepad or Notepad should open it with administrator rights.
In the search, type "Notebook", or Notepad, right-click on the result and click "Run as administrator".
Click Open and follow the following path:
