Persecution in 55year from Syros for defamation, via the Internet

The Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office filed a case file against 55ron, for ainsubordination, inappropriate acts of humiliation, defamation and slanderous defamation through the Internet

From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, a case of threatening, reprimanding, irrevocable acts of humiliation, defamation and slanderous defamation was prompted by the Internet at 35, by 55.computer crime internet

In particular, the case was investigated following a lawsuit filed with 35 for the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, according to which 55, through the use of Internet (messaging, e-mail) and text messaging services, sent her messages with an abusive, defamatory and threatening content.

The Syros First Instance Prosecutor's Office was informed of the above and a preliminary investigation was ordered, in the context of which a thorough police and digital - online investigation was carried out of digital elements and of the case. The result of the investigation was the identification of the 55-year-old as the sender of the disputed messages.

Yesterday (06-08-2015) in the morning, police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate carried out a search at the home and business premises of the 55-year-old, in the presence of a Judicial Officer, where a device was found and confiscated phone.

During the on-site investigation, 55 witnessed the controversial messages and accepted his actions.

The that was seized will be sent to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, for the appropriate laboratory tests.

The file that will be filed will be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of Syros.
