The new Windows 10 build 14271 is an attempt to synchronize builds between Windows 10 for PC and its Fast Ring Mobile edition. So Windows 10 for computers has been updated to build 14271, while the Fast Ring build for Mobile has reached the number 14267.1004.
The new Windows 10 build 14271 is part of the upcoming Redstone update, the next major Windows 10 update. It is intended to replace / upgrade the existing "stable" version of 10 build 10586 (Th2).
In this build, the following issues have been determined according to Microsoft:
Stabilize a theme where the windows changed the display color to black after each upgrade to a new version.
