Microsoft just released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 for Insiders with PC and cell phones who are enrolled in Fast ring. This build is just one build newer than the Mobile build released on Wednesday.
For PC, however, this build brings many new features and improvements, including Windows Ink, upgraded Start, and more!

As mentioned earlier, Window 10 build 14328 was released only for the Insiders of Fast Ring. This means that no official ISO images are released.
This build is supposed to be installed through Windows Update. Below you will find ISO to install Windows 10 build 14328 from scratch if you are interested.
