The new Windows 10 build 14361 was released yesterday for Windows Insiders watching the Fast Ring. So the company will not release official ISO images unless it is promoted to build on Slow Ring.
Below you will find unofficial ISO images. You can use them to install this build from scratch.
With Windows 10 build 14361, Microsoft has reportedly changed the key encryptionof ESD files which could be used for creation ISO images. So, unfortunately, they are no longer directly converted to ISO images.
On the other hand, Wzor has prepared some unofficial ISO that you can download and install Windows 10 build 14361 from scratch on your computer.
