The latest Windows 10 build 14.393,5 has just passed to Insiders' Slow Ring. This means it is available in ISO format directly from the company.
Usually, this only happens when a build is stable and reliable enough to be used by those who don't want to waste a lot of time with bugs that show up. But we won't say yet that this is the final version of it Anniversary Update, although there are many possibilities.
Please note that the Anniversary Update of Windows 10 will begin to be distributed gradually from August 2. So, since 4 days are about to come out of the official release, there may be some minor update on the build.
However, you can download official ISO from the company and upgrade as there will be few changes if there are any changes.
The new Windows 10 build 14.393,5 is supposed to be the most stable, reliable and fastest build to date.
It comes with improvements to Edge extensions and battery performance improvements, the Windows Store and more.

- We've improved the reliability and performance of Microsoft Edge with AdBlock and LastPass extensions enabled. These extensions should continue to work after installing other extension updates from Store.
- We fixed an issue causing battery to drain due to runaway CPU processes while a device is idle. We also fixed a battery life issue due to the proximity sensor always running on some devices.
- We fixed an issue causing Store apps to stop launching due to a licensing issue.
- We have fixed an issue that results in Windows Updates being delayed on systems with Connected Standby.
- We fixed an issue where the Korean IME would not have the correct composition on some custom TSF3 edit controls on your PC.
- We fixed an issue where you might not be able to type in text into Search or some Store apps without having to restart the process.
- We have fixed an issue where keyboard input on some Windows tablets devices would not rotate to landscape normally.
