Windows 10 build 14965 Creators Update: Microsoft has just released a new Windows 10 preview build for Windows insiders enrolled in the fast ring. The new build brings some new features that are supposed to be in the final version that will be released in early 2017.
The new Windows 10 build 14965, a preview of the Creators Update, comes with a virtual touch keyboard that enables users to move content to a second screen from a tablet without the need for a mouse.

Download the ESD of the new Windows 10 from the Wzor cloud

Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:

Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place it archive ESD in the same folder.
Now right click on the decrypt.cmd file and run it as Admin . 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit comfortably and wait until the procedure is over.
