Windows 10 build 16288: Microsoft today released a new version of the upcoming Windows 10 update. The preview was released for Insiders and is in build 16288.

The absence of the above attributes (watermark and expiration date) does not mean that this build is RTM version. Better to wait for Microsoft's official announcement.
In the Window 10 Build 16288 Changes log, Microsoft reported that the desktop watermark may resume in the future.
