Windows 10 collects and stores your activity history on both your computer and the cloud. Saved files include history touryour data, location information and more.
Microsoft as we will see below allows the viewing of all stored data and facilitates their deletion

How to delete your activity history from Windows 10
As mentioned above you can easily view the saved data and delete it. There are two ways you can clear your activity history: directly from your computer settings or from your Microsoft cloud account.
Do the following on your computer:
From Settings - Privacy - Activity History, click Clear.
If you want to prevent Windows from continuing to collect data, on the Activity Collection tab, turn it off choice: Let Windows collect my activities.

From Settings - Privacy - Activity History and click Manage Activity Information.
A browser window will open and you may be prompted to sign in to your account if you are not logged in.
You can see this page directly from the address

You will see your data divided into the categories mentioned above:
Browsing History, Search History, Location Activities, Voice Activity, Cortana Notebook and Activities healths.
You can view and delete the data stored in each section by clicking the delete button corresponding to each section. You must also click on confirmation to delete the saved data.
You can also click on the tab History of activities to see a complete list of all data stored: voice, search, browsing history, and location information.
