How to delete your activity history from Windows 10
As mentioned above you can easily view the saved data and delete it. There are two ways you can clear your activity history: directly from your computer settings or from your Microsoft cloud account.
Do the following on your computer:
From Settings - Privacy - Activity History, click Clear.
If you want to prevent Windows from continuing to collect data, on the Activity Collection tab, turn off the option: Let Windows collect my activities.

From Settings - Privacy - Activity History and click Manage Activity Information.
A browser window will open and you may be prompted to sign in to your account if you are not logged in.

You will see your data divided into the categories mentioned above:
Browsing History, Search History, Position Activities, Voice Activity, Cortana Handheld Notebook, and Health Activities.
You can view and delete the data stored in each section by clicking the button Clear data corresponding to each section. You should also click confirm to delete the saved data.
You can also click on the tab History of activities to see a complete list of all data stored: voice, search, browsing history, and location information.
