While Microsoft developers are feverishly preparing for the release of their RTM Windows 10 Creators Update, the company revealed the features that will be removed in this release.
The list published by Microsoft specifically addresses IT professionals who need to prepare their networks for upgrading.
So we notice that the Reading List feature, which was announced with fanfare at the time of Windows 8, will be removed. Apps Corner will be removed, along with some other features such as the Autorun that will no longer work on Edge and Click to Run that were used to protect users.
Microsoft also announced it is removing WSUS in Windows Mobile, changing it with the new Unified Update Platform (UUP) currently being tested with the help of Insiders.
As a reminder, the Windows 10 Creators Update is expected to be released next month, likely on April 11, but Insiders (along with SecNews visitors) will be able to download the RTM next weekteam.
