This update KB4549951 slows down networking. Outlook 365 on hosted Exchange took several minutes to load and froze. The Distant One was showing a black screen on the target computers. This update also causes the VM software to freeze. Everything continued to work normally after uninstalling and deferring updates for 30 days.
