Mixed Reality Viewer: Windows 10 features an embedded application called View 3D. The application allows viewing 3D models, and is included in the release Windows 10 Creators Update (1703).
However, it appears that subscribers to the Fast Ring have a new version of the application, which has been renamed Mixed Reality Viewer or Mixed Reality Viewer.
The Mixed Reality Viewer is expected to be released to the public along with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update in October.

- New name - View 3D has become a Mixed Reality Viewer.
- New animation picture loading – a small 3D cube will appear while loading the app and contents.
- New logo with a 3D cube
- All data control have been placed at the top of the app (info, controls, virtual camera and full screen view) for a cleaner look.
- When shooting augmented reality photos, you will notice that the "All on Camera" and "Timer" icons are located in the lower left.
- The timer is working correctly
- If you reduce the size of the window, the controls will be automatically grouped under "More in 3D"
