Windows 10 October 2018 Update new error disables administrators

As shown in the list of errors in version 1809, or October 2018 Update, continues to grow despite Microsoft's efforts to fix them.

Microsoft's Japanese Ask the Network & AD Support Team confirmed another error in Windows 10 version 1809. The error occurs when the running Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 Update), upgrade to version 1809.Windows 10

According to the report, Windows 10 administrator accounts may stop working after the upgrade.

Microsoft says it is working to resolve the issue and is asking administrators not to upgrade to Windows 10 October 2018 Update devices on which the built-in administrator is the only account with administrative rights, as this would prevent administrative access to these devices.

Administrators should make sure that at least one other Administrator account is available on their devices before the upgrading to the new version of Windows 10 starts.

To find out if there is another administrator account on a device:

Press them together Win-R keys to open Run,
Type userpasswords control and in the window that will open select "Manage another account".

Windows 10 displays the list of accounts on your device and their type.

The 1809 version of Windows is one of the most failed versions of the operating system ever since it was released by 2015.

Microsoft was forced to stop distributing the upgrade in October of 2018 right after the release of the new version. The company had to make repairs by December and resume the distribution of the operating system.

Let's say that next great update is in three months, and Microsoft will have to find a way to fix all the outstanding issues immediately, because negative reviews continue to increase.
