Microsoft revealed yesterday that Window 10 will be released on July 29. Newegg, on the other hand, states that Windows 10 will be available from 31 August, so Microsoft can design the availability of digital download before OEM is available from online stores.
Maybe July 29th is the date which begins free availability to users of older Windows.
