It is now known that Windows 10 will come free to Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users. Microsoft has revealed all the details of the upgrade by announcing which version of Window 10 is going to get Windows 7 users free of charge.

Needless to say, since the upgrade offer is for consumers only, the businesses running Windows 7 Enterprise, or Windows 8 / 8.1 Enterprise and Windows RT/RT 8.1 will not receive free upgrades to Windows 10.
