Windows 10 build 14901 comes with a new feature. The new feature is the updater File Explorer which contains notices to educate the company's customers on Windows 10 features.
Other Issues Improved With New Windows 10 build 14901:
Support for kernel debugging over 1394 has been removed but will be available in an upcoming version of the kit. We will see the relevant publication in the Debugging Tools of the Windows Blog soon.

Download the file to your computer.
Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:

Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file in the same folder.
Now right-click the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit back and wait until it's over procedure.
