Windows 10 build 16199 comes to improve user experience by adding emojis to pinned contacts. Whenever someone logged in to your taskbar sends you an emoji, you'll see it directly in the desktop.

This is an option you can disable from the taskbar settings if you find it annoying.
Communication icons have badges notices, while sharing has been improved, allowing users to simply drag and drop files to their contacts from the taskbar.
