Windows 10 comes with a different UI, which includes the new application settings and a different one menu Startup that doesn't look like Windows 7 or Windows 8.
The button shutdown, shutdown, and logout are in a different location, and the commands to lock or logout are elsewhere.
In case you are interested, the following article will show you all ways to disconnect, shut down Windows 10.
From the Start menu.
Click on the username in the Start menu. In the drop-down menu, you'll see the disconnect command.
Right-click the Start button in the Windows 10 taskbar. From the context menu, you can access the Exit command.
Alternatively, you can press the Windows 10 Win + X keys together and open the same window.
Ctrl + Alt + Del From the security screen.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del together and select the Exit command
The classic Shutdown
Minimize all open windows and press Alt + F4 together.
In the Shutdown dialog box operation of Windows, select the “Sign Out” item or whatever else you want.

Open a command line (Win + R and in the window that opens, type cmd, press OK) and type the following:
shutdown -L
This will disconnect you from Window 10.
