Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview for Windows 10 Spring Creators Update Build 17133 to all Windows Insiders registered in the Release Preview ring.
What does this mean;
This particular version is the likely build that will be used to create the RTM for the upcoming operating system system Spring Creators Update.
Today, Microsoft announced via their official Twitter account that they have already started rolling out the version to subscribers on channel of the Release Preview.

To install this version, follow the path:
Settings – Update and Security – Windows Update and check for new updates using. In order to see the Release Preview you will need to configure your system to pull updates from the Release Preview ring.
This is for the hurry because the official ISO of Build 17133 should be released soon.
This version includes the following bug fixes:
Fixed an issue affecting devices with it enabled BitLocker with unexpected starts.
We fixed a problem that caused screen resolution difficulties when there were 4 or multiple screens connected.
We fixed a problem in the Microsoft Edge URL line
If you are interested in installing the Preview version of Windows 10 Spring Creators Update, you can do so, as it can be easily converted to the upcoming "final" Windows 10 Build 17133 with some cumulative updates.
