IGuRu.News therefore introduces you to the new Contact Support application or Contact Windows 10 Support. The new application offers you a Microsoft technician when you need it!
How can you use the app?
You will need a Microsoft account. If useste a local account, you will be prompted to sign in to a Microsoft account or create a new one.
Make sure you have chosen to use the Microsoft account for that application and not for your entire operating system.
To start the application you will type in the search box next to Start Menu for the term “Support” or “Support.”
When you open the application, you will see two options:
Accounts and billing - Get help with accounts, subscriptions and payments.
Services and applications - Windows, OneDrive and Office 365, etc.
Select the second option, then select one of the topics you need support.
The page contains options for Windows, Internet Explorer ή Edge, ΟneDrive, ή Skype. Εάν το θέμα σας δεν είναι στη λίστα, κάντε κλικ στο Δείτε περισσότερα και θα σας ανοίξουν επιπρόσθετα θέματα.
The following page shows three options:
Setup - Installation, settings and activation.
Technical Support - Mistakes and other performance problems.
Protect my computer - Remove viruses, malware, etc.
If you select Windows, for example, you can get all three options.
The next page lists the support options available. The one you should choose is "Chat online with a Microsoft technician."
Usually you will not be long waiting for a technician to answer.
If you prefer by phone, you can schedule the call.
