One of the new features of Windows 10 is Technical Support directly from Microsoft. To date, we have known Microsoft Support, either online or by phone. Never before have these options been built into the operating system!
So iGuRu.News presents you the new Contact application Support or Contact Windows 10 Support. The new application offers you a Microsoft technician when you need it!
How can you use the app?
You will need a Microsoft account. If you are using a local account, you will be prompted to sign in to a Microsoft account or create a new one.
Make sure you have chosen to use the Microsoft account for that application and not for your entire operating system.
To start the application, type in the search box next to the Start Menu for the term "Support" or "Support."
When you open the application, you will see two options:
Accounts and billing - Get help with accounts, subscriptions and payments.
Services and applications - Windows, OneDrive and Office 365, etc.
Select the second option, then select one of the topics you need support. 
The page contains options for Windows, Internet Explorer ή Edge, ΟneDrive, ή Skype. Εάν το θέμα σας δεν είναι στη λίστα, κάντε click in See more and additional topics will open for you.
The following page shows three options:
Setup - Installation, settings and activation.
Technical Support - Mistakes and other performance problems.
Protect my computer - Remove viruses, malware, etc.
If you select Windows, for example, you can get all three options.
The next page lists the support options available. The one you should choose is "Chat online with a Microsoft technician."
Usually you will not be long waiting for a technician to answer. 
If you prefer by phone, you can schedule the call.
The integration of live technical support in Windows 10 improves the user experience. It is quick and easy to use. We are sure that beginners users they will find the feature very auxiliary.
