Microsoft revealed that a full version of Windows 10 will be available to all devices running Windows 8.1 later this year.
Speaking at Mobile World Congress, Steve Elop, Microsoft's Executive Vice President of Devices and Services, announced the news, explaining that some of the features of Windows 10 will vary depending on the specifications of each device.
There are currently over 2 million subscribers users to Windows Insiders who have given Microsoft more than 900.000 ratings for Windows 10, which helped the company develop and optimize the operating system system very fast.
So good news for Windows 8.1 users
