Windows 7 & 8 continue to be upgraded to Windows 10 for free

The deadline for on Windows 10 which supposedly expired on July 29th, it seems that it has not ended, since users of and 8.1 continue to activate their upgrades at no charge whatsoever.

Politics Microsoft's upgrade program allowed Windows 7 and 8.1 users who had installed Windows 10 before the July 29 deadline to activate their copy without paying.Microsoft Windows 10

According to ZDNet, the free upgrade continues to exist until today and Microsoft has stated:

"Users upgrading their PC for the first time will need to enter a Windows 10 product key. Users who have already installed Windows 10 on their PC will be automatically activated when you reinstall Windows 10 on this PC."

Only it seems that activating Windows 10 with a legit key of Windows 7 or 8.1 continues to normally activate the new operating system even on computers that are upgraded for the first time.

Of course, such "errors" that extend the free upgrade we had predicted would exist before the end of the free offer. The goal of one billion Windows 10 devices was not achievable even when the company had the product for free, let alone now.

You should only think of this: Today's leader is the one who has the most information (or information), and the telemetry of the operating system perfectly serves this logic as well. Microsoft will continue to market its product in every way… remember the aggressive policy imposed by the new operating system on some computers.

The company already has two complaints about this behavior.

What do you think, will Microsoft give up its goal so easily? What do you think of the guy above? ; Does he seem ready to give up?
