From the Greek Police's Electronic Crime Prosecution Department, a case file of two-year 32 and 28 years of age, pornography for minors, internet, sexual dignity and illegal violence was formed.
The case started in the context of investigating complaints about action by internet users who, in their social media conversations with minors, grabbed photos of obscene content using psychological violence and then forced them into sexual encounters.
From the internet police investigation on social media ("Skype" and "Facebook"), the action of the two (2) involved was identified and verified.
The same methodology and mode of action were followed by the two involved, and in the case of the minor, through whom they spoke, using specific profiles, using obscure phrases and forcing them to commit acts offensive to her sexual dignity.
In fact, in order not to interrupt the communication with them, they threatened to publish on the internet photographs of her, which had previously forced her to send them.
The relevant Prosecutor's Offices, which issued a bill to remove communications secrecy and cooperated with internet service providers, were informed of the data of the two (2) nationals.
In searches carried out in their homes, in the presence of judicial officials, in Thessaloniki and Corinth, an internal hard drive, portable computerand two (2) cell phones phones.
The on-site investigation revealed that the two locals are the administrators of the profiles in question on "Skype" and "Facebook", while electronic files were also found with their conversations with the minor. At the same time, their communication with other minors was found, cases which are being investigated.
Seized evidence will be sent to forensic laboratories for further examination.
