According to a support document of Windows, all PCs running Windows 10 version 1803 and later will receive one information which will contain the fast and redesigned Edge browser.
If you're running Windows version 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, or 2004, you should see a new Windows Update for your PC today or tomorrow. The update affects everyone users of Windows except those running Enterprise Edition. Users, if they want it, they will have to download it manually.

Beta: 84.0.522.11
