According to a support document Windows computers, all computers running Windows 10 version 1803 and later will receive an update that includes the fast and redesigned Edge browser.
If you're running Windows version 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, or 2004, you should see a new Windows Update for computer you, today or tomorrow. The update affects all Windows users except from those running Enterprise edition. Users, if they want it, they will have to download it manually.
