KB4586853: Microsoft has just released the latest optional update for its Windows 10 versions 20H2 and the 2004 edition.
Update KB4586853 for Windows 10 is an optional update, which means two things: the installation will not be automatic and will not come with a long list of fixes. 
If you are not interested, you can skip the update and receive these fixes next week as part of the mandatory Patch Tuesday updates.
To install the update, you must follow these steps:
- Open Settings – Update and security – Windows Update
- Click on "View optional updates".
- Select the update you want and click on "Download and Install".
If you cannot install the update from the Windows Update, you can download it from Microsoft Update Catalog.
