KB4586853: Microsoft has just released the latest optional update for Windows 10 of the 20H2 version and the 2004 version.
Windows 4586853 update KB10 is an optional update, which means two stuff: it won't install automatically and it doesn't come with a long list of fixes. 
If you are not interested, you can skip the update and receive these fixes next week as part of the mandatory Patch Tuesday updates.
To install the update, you must follow these steps:
- Open Settings - Update and Security - Windows Update
- Make it click in “View optional updates”.
- Select the update you want and click on "Download and Install".
If you can not install the update from Windows Update, you can download it from Microsoft Update Catalog.
