It was investigated by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, a case of sexual indecency of a 16-year-old minor, in which he was identified as a national perpetrator, ages 45 years old.
The investigation of the case began after a summons by the mother of the 16-year-old, according to which her minor daughter was talking through by clicking hereof social networking with a person and the dialogues they developed offended her sexual dignity. From the photos of the online profile, the mother recognized the above 45-year-old as the person her daughter was talking to.
An order was made by the relevant Prosecutor's Office, for preliminary investigation of the perpetrators and identification of the perpetrator. The Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office proceeded with immediate action and verified the person's place of residence.
A team of police officers from the Electronic Crime Prosecution, after conducting a thorough and thorough digital control, proceeded to a house search, in the presence of a judicial officer, at the home of the 45-year-old in region of Attica.
The digital testimonies found and seized were sent for the necessary laboratory testing at the Criminal Investigation Division.
The case file will be submitted to the Attorney General of Athens.
