Devuan 2.0 ASCII: Devuan GNU+Linux is a fork of Debian which features the software SysV init instead of systemd.
The Devuan development team has announced the availability of a new versions beta codenamed ASCII:
“The long awaited release of Devuan 2.0 ASCII beta (build 3568) is here. eudev has now replaced systemd-udev, eloogind has been added as an alternative to ConsoleKit. The users they can choose between fully functional Xfce (default), KDE, Cinnamon, LXQt, MATE and LXDE. The ARM board cores have been updated to 4.14 and 4.15 for most boards.”

The new beta version of Devuan (by Debian Stretch) is available in many editions: net-install, live diskand full installation DVD.
There are also images (ISO) for computers with ARM and a separate one set of notes for the use of ARM ISO.
