The ability measurementof the direct distance between two points now provides at Google Maps Google.
Now, the user can click anywhere by selecting the starting point (for example, a city) and the destination.
In particular, in the new (New Google Maps) the user right-clicks on the starting point, presses "distance measurement" (measure distance) and then click on the destination, resulting in the appearance of a "ruler" indicating the distance. Additional clicks on other destinations result intreatment new routes, the length of which is indicated. The total distance of the composed route is also displayed. Right clicking and selecting "clear measurement" results in clearing the existing routes.
