In his opening remarks at Facebook F8 Developer Conference σήμερα, ο Mark Zuckerberg announced it Messenger Business, ένα νέο τρόπο που θα χρησιμοποιούν οι χρήστες του Facebook για να επικοινωνούν με τις businesses απευθείας μέσα από την εφαρμογή του Messenger. 
The feature is part of the launch of the new Messenger platform, which will open its API to third-party developers.
Now, companies will be able to integrate Facebook's Messenger as a way of providing services to customers looking for online information, or some clarification.
Facebook users will also be able to make their purchases directly through Messenger, using the live platform supportς κάνοντας chat με τις επιχειρήσεις. It is still not clear according to TNW whether the Messenger Business will come with Facebook's built-in payment feature launched last week.
Facebook says Messenger Business will only be released to start for a few companies without specifying when everyone will have access to the new service.
