Firefox will let you delete the data it collects

The program s Firefox in the new version it will find on January 7, will allow you to delete all the which he has collected.

Mozilla is taking this step in Firefox to comply with the regulation California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which entered into force on 1 January.

The CCPA, which is similar to the general regulation of Europes data (GDPR), gives people in California the right to know and control the personal data collected by the sites.

And while CCPA is addressing residents in California, the new Firefox change will be released to all users, worldwide.

In a post, Firefox said that it already collects very little information about its users. The telemetry that it holds lies in how many open tabs and for how long the connection periods are, but with the new update, you will be able to delete them as well.

Make sure on January 7th you update it Firefox. After doing so then refer to its settings or look for a guide on how to delete your data from it.
