The web page is a complete web client application that will give you access to all features of Google Hangouts, including voice and audio calls.
If you've already used Hangouts in Gmail, theconnection appears to be largely similar, with the main difference being a larger contact list and a randomly selected wallpaper.
Previously, the only official way to access your PC was through an extension of Chrome, a Chrome app desktop, or another Google service like Gmail or Google+.
The new web application will help you connect to Hangouts from all platforms you.
Today you can enjoy Hangouts via web interface.
